I think that we should meet at my home at 7 a.m. and leave for the run atSo check your calendars and either let Andre know (via email) or leave a comment if you can make it. Details and directions to follow on a future post.
7:30 a.m. and that we should all run the same route from my
home to the top of the mountain, which will take from 1 hour to 1 hour
15 minutes and then there are two routes down. The
more direct route, i.e. the one we ran up, will take 1 hour to run down.
A longer route, where you run down the south side and do a loop around the
meadow back to my home, will take 1 hour 30 minutes to run down. Everyone
should be done by about 10:15 a.m. and then we can have brunch at my home.
I will obviously need to know who will be coming so we can work out how many
will stay for brunch.
This would be a great Pikes Peak Training Run or a Relay Training Run on trail with altitude and elevation.
Thanks for hosting Andre and thanks for the Brunch offer.
